Membership of the Irish Pipe Band Association falls due on 31st December each year.
(special arrangements for 2021 due to Covid 19 restrictions)

Registration Requirements for Full Membership

• Each band must fill out a Band Declaration Form.

• The Annual Registration Fee must accompany the Band Declaration Form submitted to the Registrar before 31st December annually.

• A Branch Affiliation Fee is payable to the relevant Branch Secretary.

• For bands registered in the previous season, there is no requirement to fill out a Registration Form, however, each band must check their current Registration Roster and advise the Registrar if anyone has left or joined the band for the upcoming Season.

• New bands or a person wishing to join an existing member band must sign an IPBA Registration Form and forward it to the Registrar, before the band (or player) is deemed registered.

Until the above steps have been completed a band will not be deemed registered

Registration Requirements for Associate Membership

• Each applicant for Associate Membership must fill out an Associate Member Registration Form and submit it, together with the appropriate registration fee to the Registrar of the IPBA.

• An applicant for Associate Membership must be approved by majority vote of the National Executive Council before membership is accepted.

Until the above steps have been completed an Associate Member will not be deemed registered
