Non – Competitive Pipe Band Performances

Each Band will be invited to play in a small Arena with tunes of their own Choice. This can be from 3 mins up to a Maximum of 7 mins per band. No Judging- just a nice opportunity to play in front of an Audience. Starting at 12.30pm.

Band Parade March Past at Market School Area

2 x Bands to play on 1st then form up as Centre Bands and Play 6/8 Marches as the rest of the Bands March on and are announced Starting at 3pm.

Massed Bands formed up in Square Formation

The Minstrel Boy. Twice through.
Amazing Grace. Solo Piper then 2 x Verses.
La Baum.
Highland Cathedral. Verse A Solo Piper then A.B.A.B.A.

Salute to Officials : The Battles O’er.

March through Raphoe. Bands will form up in Order (Step off 3.30pm)

Step of as individual Bands own Choice of Tunes down and around Diamond and Halt prior to the road junction at The Church. Bands once released play back up to the Market area then disperse.

Thank you to all the Participating Bands and Groups a great opportunity to Play a few tunes in Public in a non-competitive environment and to recognize the fantastic support that the Ulster-Scots Agency has given and continues to support our Bands and many other Groups.
